At AnythingKit, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, here’s how we handle returns.

Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items with missing parts, packaging, or tags
  • Opened accessories or software

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it.
  • If it meets our return conditions, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong items only.
  • We’ll cover the return shipping if it’s our fault.
