At AnythingKit, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, here’s how we handle returns.
Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items with missing parts, packaging, or tags
- Opened accessories or software
Return Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it.
- If it meets our return conditions, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong items only.
- We’ll cover the return shipping if it’s our fault.
